FORMER Legislator and Chitungwiza based businessman, Cde Christopher Chigumba has died from COVID-19 related complications.
Cde Chigumba died Thursday night at a local hospital where he was admitted after his health situation deteriorated on Thursday morning.
Cde Chigumba’s son, Takudzwa confirmed the incident to ZBC News.
Burial arrangements are yet to be announced but Takudzwa indicated that he is likely to be buried at his rural home in Seke.
